TLFit- Dance

The heart and soul of TL Fit! This major cardio workout will get your heart rate up and blood pumping. You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even realize how hard you’re working!

We dance around the world and through time, alternating hip-hop, bhangra, Latin styles (salsa, merengue, reggaeton, samba), pop, Bollywood, retro-Americana, African, and more.

My classes are all follow-the-leader style, high energy and full of variety. Even if you’ve never tried a particular dance style before, we’ll break it down and you’ll feel good about it within a few classes.

Really love it old school? I have more than a decade of songs in the vault and often bring ‘em out for a full-on, throw-back sweat sesh. Look for the “Old School” label in the title. It’s pure nostalgic bliss.

TL Dance
& Sculpt

Where my cross-trainers at?!

For dance-curious traditional athletes and the toning-averse dancers…this class goes both ways. You’ll get that euphoric post-dance class high AND the vibrational full bodyache of all your muscles having been worked.

TL Dance Toning

Ready to work it from head to toe? This class targets each muscle group to the point of fatigue in order to get stronger and more limber. It’s a great place to start if you’re familiar with more traditional fitness movements (squats, lunges, etc.) but unfamiliar with me as a teacher. For my regular dancers, it’s a great complement to the more cardio-focused TL Dance routines.

I’ve found over the years that my dancers don’t always enjoy purely strength-based / boot-camp style workouts. (Some people respond to the challenge of a drill sergeant style. Others don’t.) This class is meant to be fun, ever-changing, and it’s choreographed to the music with a dancey, fun vibe. Oh, I’ll give you the workout of boot camp, but instead of staring at the countdown clock you’ll be poppin’ to the music!
