Join me for a one-hour full body experience with accessible choreography set to a variety of music genres. This class includes segments dedicated to stretch, cardio dance, and strength training. We primarily use body weight for strength and stability but may also include equipment such as light weights and exercise bands.

Come join me at The Dance Floor to move, shake, drop and have so much fun you don’t realize how hard you are working! My background in dance, music and fitness make my classes unique. These are full-body workouts that make the most of your hour and keep things fresh! I always incorporate a mix of music to engage a wider audience, am continually seeking new music and movements to challenge myself as well as my students, and always remember to give modifications to keep these classes open to a wider range of people.
I hope people not only get a fantastic workout to help them in their physical health journey, but become comfortable in their own skin, and gain confidence in themselves while DANCING IT OUT
