HIIT-IT! Circuit-Style Strength Class

Challenge your strength and endurance in this one-hour strength training experience. You'll move through four thoughtfully designed circuits that combine strength training, functional movement, and a cardio burst for a full-body workout.

With class size intentionally limited, you'll have space to move comfortably and safely with heavier weights, and the encouragement to work at your own pace. Expect a supportive, high-energy environment and the kind of accomplishment that comes from doing something hard together.

We’ve designed this class to be taken in 6-week increments, so all members and class package holders may purchase the 6 Class add-on. That said, you can customize your individual schedule in the app. We highly recommend that clients be familiar with our Power Hour format prior to leveling up to HIIT IT!

Classes take place on our handcrafted, sprung dance floor and require bare feet, grippy socks, or indoor-only shoes.
