Welcome to your 15min Beyonce Plank, Booty, Abs (PBA) Workout! If you’re like me Beyonce (and Michelle and Kelly) can motivate me to do anything- so here we go!

All you need is a mat for these 3 exercise tracks. I will break down the moves before each song but always listen to your body and do what’s best for you! Especially for these strength moves no need to feel rushed, so move at your own tempo while challenging yourself to be the best Destiny’s Child you can be;)
